This is the service to track your residence permit application (first issue, renewal, or conversion). It lets you know if your document is ready for pickup or still being processed.

👤Who is it for?

Anyone who has submitted a residence permit application and received the yellow receipt from Poste Italiane.

⏰When?

You can check the status anytime after submitting your application. Usually data is updated within 30 days of submission.

🛠️How to do it?

1. Find your Poste Italiane receipt (the yellow assicurata). 2. Look for the 'Practice Number' (10 digits) or 'Assicurata' code (12 digits) at the top right. 3. Enter it on the Polizia di Stato website (https://questure.poliziadistato.it/stranieri/). 4. If it says 'Document ready for collection', wait for the SMS with the pickup appointment.
